INTRODUCTION

Situated only 1800 meters from the medieval town centre of Sarlat, Bel Air is a purpose built individual self-contained apartment sharing a covered pool and pool side terrace and with panoramic views east over the valley.

INSIDE THE PROPERTY

This apartment has an outside covered terrace with some spectacular views over the valley. The terrace has dining table and chairs for those warm evening al-fresco meals. From the terrace the entrance doors lead into the modern fitted kitchen and open plan lounge / diner.

There are two bedrooms, the master double bedroom is on the south side of the apartment and the second bedroom at the opposite north side, with bunk beds and a further single bed.

There is a shower and wc, plus washing machine and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, plus fridge/freezer. There is a television (French) and DVD player.

The pool is on the top level in front of Apartment A and is shared by both apartments. It is fenced and gated with poolside terrace, shower and sunloungers. The pool is covered and this keeps a good temperature for comfortable use early and late in the season.

There is an outside barbeque, outside lighting and off street parking .

THE LOCATION

Located just 1800 meters from the medieval town centre of Sarlat in a quiet residential area along a winding lane with spectacular views across the valley over the town suburbs. Shops and an excellent restaurant are within walking distance.

You can enjoy the history and the bustle of the town centre and at the same time the peace of your apartment where you can relax by the pool, take a dip to cool off or simply unwind with a drink as you take in the view.

THE AREA

Sarlat is a medieval market town and capital of the Perigord Noir. Stroll along the paved lanes of the old town or sample the Perigordian gastronomy, amongst the finest France has to offer. Take in the hustle and bustle, the smells and noise of the market, sit at one of the cafes and watch the world go by. Sarlat has something for everyone and is a perfect base from which to set off and explore the sites and surrounding countryside. Steeped in history and pre-history, counting the world famous site of Lascaux within easy reach. From the dawn of time man has left his mark in what must surely be described as one of the most beautiful parts of France. From cave dwellings to fairy tale castles the views and scenery are breath taking.
