INSIDE THE PROPERTY
The front of the apartment looks out over the pool area, with the entrance door leading through to an open plan lounge and modern fitted kitchen. This gives onto a large enclosed sun terrace / dining room with spectacular views over the valley. Electric blinds give shade in the summer heat.
There are two bedrooms, the master double bedroom has direct access to the sun terrace and the second bedroom has bunk beds plus a further single bed.
There is a shower and wc, plus washing machine and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, plus fridge/freezer. There is a television (French) and DVD player.
The pool is in front of the apartment, it is fenced and gated with poolside terrace, shower and sunloungers. The pool is covered and this keeps a good temperature for comfortable use early and late in the season.
There is an outside barbeque, outside lighting and off street parking .

THE LOCATION
Located just 1800 meters from the medieval town centre of Sarlat in a quiet residential area along a winding lane with spectacular views across the valley over the town suburbs. Shops and an excellent restaurant are within walking distance.
You can enjoy the history and the bustle of the town centre and at the same time the peace of your apartment where you can relax by the pool, take a dip to cool off or simply unwind with a drink as you take in the view.
