INTRODUCTION
Bellevue Cottages are part of an old stone building changed and altered many times throughout the centuries, developing along side the evolution of the vineyards. The building retains it’s authentic charm with stone floors and tall ceilings.
This is the perfect place to relax and unwind disturbed only by the sound of the cicadas. Enjoy the pool and surrounding grounds or venture out and explore the Dordogne.

These two large ground floor double rooms offer comfortable accommodation for two with ensuite shower room, wc and wash basin. Each room is decorated with charming typical French style. Both rooms retain the features of this old building from chimney to parquet floors and each has direct access onto the terrace.

THE LOCATION
Situated a short drive from the medieval town of Bergerac on the River Dordogne in the heart of the Perchamant vineyards, the local village of Lembras, with shops and restaurant is 2 km away.
Bergerac offers restaurants to suite all tastes and budgets, with delightful pavement cafes, shops, museums and historic buildings. It’s narrow streets and tiny squares, fountains and hidden corners await to be discovered. From the old port, take a boat trip on a traditional flat bottomed Gabare or take the little road train for a guided tour of the town.
Follow the ‘Route des Vins’ which will take you south out of Bergerac across the river to the Chateau Monbazillac. Here you can visit and sample the famous white desert wine and look back over the valley to Bergerac.
