How to book.

(Self-catering accommodation)

 

The reservation and booking process is simple and straight forward and done online by following these steps:

 

1. Go to the Price and Availability calendar for the property you wish to reserve.

 

2. Check the Booking Calendar for availability.

 

3. Click the Booking Form button.

 

4. Complete and send the Booking Form.

 

Next steps.

 

1. We will contact the owner and confirm your booking.

 

2. You will receive the owners contact details, payment information and a contract.

 

2. We will request a 25% deposit and hold your dates pending receipt of your payment.

 

3. You will receive confirmation of your booking.

 

4. A reminder email will be sent to you shortly before your balance payment is due.

 

Final stage.

 

1. After receipt of your balance payment we will send directions, a map link and arrival instructions.

 

2. Before you depart you need to let us know you expected arrival time at the property.

 

3. Someone will meet you on arrival.

 

 

At any time you may contact us via email or telephone with any questions you may have.

Payment Options.

We are able to accept payments by direct bank transfer and credit card for all properties.

 

Credit card payments may incur a processing charge, this will be advised to you before you make your payment.

AGREEMENT

The Guest agrees with the Owner -

To take care of the fixtures and fittings, equipment etc. provided and to pay for any items damaged or broken.

To use the premises as a private holiday residence for up to the number of persons stated on the booking confirmation only.

Not to do anything which may be a nuisance or annoyance or cause of damage to any neighbouring property.

To leave the accommodation and the furniture clean and tidy on departure.

 

SECURITY/BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

              The guest will pay a security/damage deposit which is fully refundable, less any sum which may be due to the Owners from the

              Guest as a result of any damage or breakages or failure to leave the property clean and tidy.  The liability of the Guest is for the

              whole amount of any damage or breakage and is not limited to the amount paid as a damage deposit. The accommodation must

               be left clean and tidy as it was at the start of your holiday.   If  extra cleaning is necessary, this will be charged at 15 Euros per

               hour (maximum 3 hours) and will be deducted from this deposit.

 

RENTAL PAYMENT

In order to confirm your booking a deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required.

If the balance payment is not received by the due date then we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you.

 

CANCELLATION BY YOU

In the event of cancellation by you then the following charges become applicable:

At any time up to 56 days before holiday start    =  25% of the rental price.

56 days or less before holiday start                     = 100% of the rental price.

 

CANCELLATION BY US

It is extremely unlikely that we will have to make any changes to our property rental. However, occasionally we may have to make changes and reserve the right to do so at any time.

Most of these changes would be minor and we will advise you of them as soon as they may be applicable.

If  we are forced to cancel the property rental because of force majeure or for any reason that makes the property unfit for rental, you will have the choice of either allowing us to try to locate a suitable alternative property on your behalf or of cancelling the booking and accepting a full refund of all monies paid to us.

Please note that we are not liable for any consequential loss or incidental expenditure resulting from the cancellation of your holiday.

 

INSURANCE

It is the responsibility of the Guests to ensure that their personal possessions are insured. We cannot accept any liability for theft of, loss of or damage to personal possessions.

We recommend that guests arrange adequate travel insurance in case of cancellation.

 

LOCATION MAP & DIRECTIONS + KEY COLLECTION

A Location Map & Directions with Key Collection instructions will be sent before the start of your holiday.

 

ARRIVAL

This is from 16.00 on the arrival day booked. We may be a little flexible on this, provided that there are no departures from the night prior. Please check with us within a few days of your arrival date and when possible we will be happy to oblige.

 

DEPARTURE

This is by 10.00 on the departure day booked. We can be a little flexible on this, provided that there are no imminent new arrivals. Please check with us and when possible we will be happy to oblige.

 

YOUR CONTRACT

A binding contract comes into existence when your deposit is received and your booking is confirmed.
