How to book.

(Self-catering accommodation)

 

The reservation and booking process is simple and straight forward and done online by following these steps:

 

1. Go to the Price and Availability calendar for the property you wish to reserve.

 

2. Click the start date and then click the end date for your holiday

 

TIP - by hovering over the dates you can see the weekly price.

 

3. Enter the number of people in the box at the top of the calendar.

 

4. Click CONTINUE to go to the next stage

 

5. Review the price quote given and check the discounts, if applicable, you must also add any extras at this stage, e.g. If bringing a pet.

 

TIP - you must recalculate the price quote if you make any changes at this stage.

 

6. If you are happy with the price, click CONTINUE to go to the final stages.

 

You will now be asked to set up a personal Renter’s Account with your email address for correspondence and a password of your choice for secure access. You will also need to enter you personal details, name, address, telephone and also the names of the members of your party.

 

You do not have to pay any money or give any card details at the time of your reservation.

 

Your reservation will be confirmed to you by email and held open for a couple of days.

 

This gives you time to finalise your travel plans and if necessary you can always cancel your reservation and re-reserve with other dates.

 

After you have had your reservation confirmed you may log in to your Renter’s Account and pay the holiday deposit by credit card over a secure internet connection.

 

The remainder of the booking process happens via email, with you receiving confirmation of payment and then nearer the start of your holiday, a reminder when the balance is due and subsequently directions for finding the property plus arrival instructions.

 

At any time you may contact us via email or telephone with any questions you may have.

If your holiday deposit is not paid and becomes overdue you will receive an email reminding you that the deposit for the holiday is outstanding.

How to book.

(Bed & Breakfast accommodation)

 

The reservation and booking process is simple and straight forward and done online by following these steps:

 

1. Complete the online reservation form with your details and email it to us.

 

2. We will confirm your reservation within 24 hours and send you all the necessary details, address, directions and method of payment.

 

NOTE -  a deposit of 5 Euros per room per night will be requested when your reservation is confirmed.

 

3. If we are unable to confirm your accommodation in 24 hours or the dates you require are not available, we will offer you alternative accommodation.

Fees and charges.

 

For self-catering accommodation the following fees and charges apply:

             1. Credit card payment incurs a bank processing charge of 2.5%

             2. There is a booking fee (currently 12 Euros) which guarantees your

                 Accommodation.

 

NOTE - the owner also pays for the credit card bank processing charge and any bank charges for handling security/damages deposits.

 

For Bed & Breakfast accommodation there are no fees or charges.

We are usually able to accept payments by direct bank transfer and may also be able to accept PayPal or a cheque payment.
